Our current target is to further reduce our carbon footprint by 15% by 2030 with 2024 as our new baseline.

To reach our target we have:

1. Implemented waste reduction and recycling programs to minimize our environmental footprint.
2. Replaced HVAC units for optimization of electricity.
3. Replaced lamps and reflectors with low wattage/energy efficient lighting throughout the plant.
4. Provision of sustainable transportation service options for employees.
5. Established company-wide controls for more efficient usage of electricity.

We continue to look for ways to further reduce our carbon emissions, including:

1. Collaborating with suppliers and partners to promote sustainable practices throughout our supply chain.
2. Reviewing environmental proposals with our customers in regards to emissions reduction (e.g. replacing the use of corrugated packaging with cost effective returnable totes, reducing hardware and excess metal materials by using creative in die extruding, etc.)
3. Continuously monitoring progress and providing transparent reporting to our stakeholders.
